If the sky is the limit, you'll need some smart boots on the ground.

Federation is focused on creating value for our clients by ensuring constant and consistent collaboration across project teams. Modifications to existing operating facilities are most effective and efficient when the project team is integrated with the operation.

Excellence is not achieved with intermittent site visits. It's achieved by understanding clients' operations and creating long-term partnerships.

Partnership: we focus on building mutually beneficial partnerships with our clients and subcontractors.

Integrity: our staff complete their tasks as if every task will be inspected/verified. We select and retain only those team members whom share this value.

Continuous improvement: we strive to never make the same mistake twice through transference of institutional knowledge. We also strive to adopt technology and innovative practices in order to be more efficient.

With a holisic approach to everything we build, Federation Construction has a reputation grounded on ensuring that every aspect of your project is built in perfect alignment with the plan – without exception.

  • Sustaining Capital / MOC Projects

Federation Engineering's main core competency focuses on our experience of executing sustaining capital programs. This includes, not only the execution of the actual projects, but the governance of the whole program. Building trust and long-lasting relationships with our clients is a key mandate of Federation.

  • Sustainable Energy Solutions

Federation Engineering is passionate about developing sustainable energy solutions that will meet the needs of our clients and all Albertans for years to come.

Collaborating with Turboden S.p.A, a global leader in Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) systems, we continue to develop projects with our thermal in-situ oil sands clients to convert their waste heat streams into electrical energy with zero emissions.
